Ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience banking lower middle market companies.  Experience in financial services industry, banking, loan review, and/or compliance procedures and policies.

Our Dallas based client is seeking an experienced and high performing Private Banker to join their excellent team!  Responsible for business development of new high value clients and depository clients and effective portfolio management of all private banking clients.  Bachelors degree required.  Minimum 4 years experience in financial services industry, banking, business development, marketing, loan review and/or compliance procedures and policies.  Strong understanding of banking fundamentals, and experience with credit and financial analysis.  CRC (Credit Risk Certification) designation a plus!

Our Dallas based client is seeking a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager with Dallas/Fort Worth area experience.  

  • Identify, grow and manage a portfolio of banking relationships that consist of deposits, loans and treasury services.
  • Self starter
  • Experience in Commercial Lending, Private Banking, Business Development, Commercial Credit and Portfolio Management in the private banking, business banking or middle market sector.
  • Significant existing banking relationships with local commercial or industrial companies.
  • Proven track record of prospecting new business, consistently adding to the portfolio and achieving targeted growth goals.
  • Understand loan structures, collateral documentation, and the Uniform Commercial Code requirements as it relates to various types of loans.

This exciting role requires an energetic go-getter!  You will call on real estate agents, builders, mortgage lenders and/or commercial developers within an assigned territory or market segment.  

Responsible for building relationships with customers, advising customers on products and services, maximizing profitability on products and services and acting as a liaison between sales, other departments and customers on products, services and technology.

  • 4+ years exp preferred ~ sales experience (Title and/or Mortgage industry experience preferred)
  • Bachelors Degree or education in real estate mortgage lending and /or title and settlement services may be considered in lieu of experience.
